Rachel Peck is a dedicated professional with a diverse background in science, education, research and administrative management. A graduate of Florida State University, she earned a degree in Biology with minors in Chemistry, Science Education, and Math. Her passion for organization and efficiency has shaped her career, with several years of bookkeeping experience and a knack for developing streamlined organizational systems.
Rachel’s experience extends beyond traditional office settings. She spent four years running a therapy program for her autistic son, gaining invaluable insight into program development, individualized learning, and strategic planning. Her love for education led her to create science curricula, which are now used by homeschool families worldwide.
At Off Hill Strategies, Rachel plays a key role in tracking and reporting on weekly hearings, markups, and events on Capitol Hill that are relevant to the firm’s clients. She assists in planning and organizing OHS events and works closely with the team to schedule Hill and agency meetings for client fly-ins. She also monitors ongoing events that could impact clients, ensuring they stay informed and prepared.
Beyond her professional responsibilities, Rachel is deeply rooted in her community. She and her husband are raising their four sons in the outskirts of Tallahassee, Florida, where they enjoy a vibrant and active family life. She is actively involved in her church and local community, finding joy in reading, learning, gardening, cooking, and spending time with her family.
