We have advocated on matters related to the USDA as well as the FDA and also on matters related to the FARM Bill and SNAP.
The government periodically changes the perishable food requirements for retailers under SNAP that are overbearing, and the FDA / Congress periodically addresses issues related to food safety that can be problematic.
We have helped educate stakeholders in DC to make sure they are aware of the important data points in these issue areas.
The Results
We have helped Congress and some Presidential Administrations avoid putting policies in place that would be major pitfalls for our clients. We have also helped establish important lines of communication between our clients and the relevant stakeholders.
