The Story of Off Hill Strategies
In June of 2014, after being in DC for 17 years, Tripp and Jenn Baird hung the Off Hill Strategies shingle. At this point, Jenn had worked in the Senate and House as well as in a law firm and at a non-profit organization. Tripp had worked on the Senate Floor, in the office of a U.S. Senator, at the Heritage Foundation, at a lobbying firm, and at Heritage Action.
The Bairds decided it was time to take a chance and to begin working together on issues that they both cared about by representing clients, who had issues that aligned with their objective of limiting government and protecting constitutional freedoms.
Since starting their business, Off Hill Strategies has taken on the challenges of many different clients that intersect with various policies and industry sectors. Off Hill Strategies has not shied away from hot-button issues that can sometimes be uncomfortable and even unpopular. The company has been successful in helping many clients avoid major pitfalls as well as damage to their business operations.
As Off Hill Strategies entered its 10th year, it hired additional employees who have been a tremendous asset to helping with this work, and the team looks forward to tackling many more legislative and governmental challenges that will present themselves to various clients over the next several years.
